Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) is therapeutic intervention including the presence of animals. The goal of AAT is to improve a client’s social, emotional, or cognitive functioning through the benefit of the natural Human Animal Bond. TOgether we specialize in Canine Assisted Trauma Therapy (CATT). Bear helps create a calm, safe, and more conducive environment for working with clients who have experienced trauma and other major adverse stressors. We are certified as a Therapy Dog team through Canine-Assisted Therapy and as a certified National Crisis Response Canine Team and Instructor through National Animal Assisted Crisis Response. Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) is a unique method developed by Dr. Jon Connelly that alleviates the ongoing disturbances that result from past painful experiences without the requirement of reliving the trauma. EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy is an integrative psychotherapy developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro that utilizes information processing therapy similar to what one experiences during REM Sleep to address a wide range of behavioral health and emotional issues. Coaching also referred to as Executive Coaching and Life Coaching is working with a professional (preferably certified but not required) who supports personal and professional development as determined by the desires of the client, through specific future-focused goals and outcomes. The primary focus is on action, accountability and follow through for the strategies developed for achieving specific personal and professional goals. Qualified Supervision for MSW: for those individuals who are looking for supervision to further their social work careers as Registered Social Work Interns.

Traditional Office Visits/Zoom (psychotherapy or coaching – up to 50 minutes) – $200.00/session
5 Traditional Sessions Package – $900 (includes $100 discount)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) – $175/session)
RRT (Rapid Resolution Therapy) – $350/session
Qualified Supervision for MSW – $55/hour – Usually 2 hours every other week as opposed one hour weekly.
Concierge Service (We come to you) – add $45.00 and up/session
Credit/Debit Card Transaction Fee – $4.00
You will be provided with links to make your payment via credit card online, or at the session (please add the transaction fee of $4.00). Also take payment via Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please bring that to our session.
PAYMENT/INSURANCE FILING: Payment of fees is expected at the time of each appointment. Co-Creative Coaching and Counseling does not accept insurance at this time, however if requested, your Therapist will provide you with a monthly receipt for filing insurance.
A reasonable fee of $1.00 will be charged for copies of any records requested by the Client.
